    • TCP provides & installs signs of all sizes, from large overpass signs to your average everyday stop sign.
  • Barrier Wall
    • TCP provides concrete barrier wall to construction sites for temporary use. TCP maintains a vast inventory of different wall types including redirective attenuators to fit varying needs of contractors.

  •   Striping Foreman

Traffic Control Products is actively seeking bright energetic individuals to join its team. The Striping foreman position is an entry-level position in which the new management trainee will learn all aspects of the industry from the ground up. In this role you will be trained to install roadway markings and direct crew members in their responsibilities.

Primary duties include: Organize and efficiently utilize the materials, equipment and labor to ensure the successful and timely installation of roadway striping and marking to FDOT specifications via truck or hand liner application. Must be capable of applying common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or in diagram form. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and sketches. Ability to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.  Ability to perform trade skills in all environmental conditions (i.e.: sun, cold, and hot asphalt).  Ability to see, ambulate independently, drive, bend, stoop, sit, and stand. Ability to exert forty five (45) pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.  Ability to perform physical laboring tasks.  Performs related duties as required.

 .  Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed. Communicate clearly with engineers, supervisors and inspectors. Maintain good working relationships with all company, FDOT and customer representatives.

Requirements:

1.       Minimum High School diploma required. College credits, degree a plus.

2.       Ability to work flexible hours, day or night.

3.      Must be able to work outdoors.

4.      Travel and some extended overnight stays are required.

5.      Much of the foreman’s day is spent outdoors servicing jobs across Florida

6.       A Class B license, a CDL or willingness to immediately obtain one.

The foreman is the company’s customer representative in the field therefore a professional attitude and demeanor are expected at all times.

  •      Signing Foreman

Traffic Control Products is actively seeking bright energetic individuals to join its team. The Signing foreman position is an entry-level position in which the new management trainee will learn all aspects of the industry from the ground up. In this role you will be trained to install all types of highway sign assemblies and direct crew members in their responsibilities.

Primary duties include:  Organize and efficiently utilize the materials, equipment and labor to ensure the successful installation of highway sigining and other highway structures to FDOT specifications. It requires the use of hand tools, power tools and equipment, or operation of light construction and maintenance equipment.

The Foreman is responsible for the maintenance and efficient operation of the tools or equipment used. .The foreman must be capable of applying common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or in diagram form. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and sketches. Ability to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.  Ability to perform trade skills in all environmental conditions (i.e.: sun, cold, and hot asphalt).  Ability to see, ambulate independently, drive, bend, stoop, sit, and stand. Estimator

Traffic Control Products of Fl Inc. is looking for an an experienced Estimator with a minimum of two years experience in the Road Construction of Construction Industry. The applicant must be able to use MS OFFICE, Specifically MS EXCEL., WordPerfect, Multi-Post, or any other estimating software. The applicant must demonstrate his/her understanding of the estimating required for the road contstruction industry. This is an immediate position that must be filled ASAP. Compensation will be based on experience. TCP has full benefits for its employees after a probation period.
